When you visualize your aura do you do it from a first person perspective, or third person perspective. I find it easier to visualize my entire aura from the third person perspective if i do it from first person it feels like i cannot visualize the entire thing.

I visualize it from a bird's eye view, it's more comfortable for me. You should listen to your inner voice too.

You can visualize in a way that is convenient for you, both from the first and third person, as well as in flight mode.

You can also switch between first and third person during visualization, just like in a video game.
