Hi, I have a very busy life many times I cannot meditate in the morning, would it be OK to meditate at work, I happen to work outdoors in a farm and sometimes I can manage short breaks the only downside is that I'm surrounded by 20 or do dogs and sometimes they are noisy

if you can maintain focus and have time to properly perform a quick one like aura cleaning or chakra spinning then sure, but if not then it’s best to wait.

You can also void mediate while you work. Just clear your mind and do your best to keep it clear while you’re working, no need to close your eyes or anything for this
