Is it okay to vibrate several workings one after the other with very little time interval? Or will it ruin the working

Just be aware that the fact that physically you can do something does not mean that at the soul energy level you are actually already recharged enough to do it well.

Another method is to 'sandwich' what you do between AUMs.

AUM *everything else, including affirmations* AUM.

So, affirmation (working is completed), wait a bit then do AUM (does the AUM itself need an affirmation?) then I can immediately start the next working?

Does this apply to Squares as well?

Ok thank u, I just thought AUM would interfere because the beginning of the square's mantra starts with AUM as well.

Do I have to use an affirmation with the AUM afterwards... Sorry, I'm just confused how it wouldn't end up as part of the next working.
