Workings #76467 Strange experience. Why?

Long story short. At night I was doing aura cleansing, I was quite tired so I cleansed and fell asleep immediately during visualization, after a couple of minutes I woke up with shaking legs and felt nausea. So I lied down and fell asleep again. In the morning I felt a strange bitter taste in my mouth. Why that happened? What was that?

When cleansing your aura, you're moving and releasing stagnant or negative energy. If you were very tired, your body might have been more sensitive to this. If you hadn't eaten for a while, low blood sugar could cause shakiness, nausea, and weakness. The bitter taste might be due to stomach acid or mild ketosis (burning fat for energy).
