Meditations #75946 Root chakra activation

Hello, when I was meditatating on my root chakra, it felt like I was floating in the middle of the ocean with waves making my whole body ebb and flow. I was wondering if this was normal because I thought this was more of a sacral chakra ecperience and not root chakra. Could someone explain this?

If you open 1 chakra it can trigger others open naturally especially when opening the root chakra. The vibrations (ebb and flow) are just the energy in your body increasing its the kundalini activating and as you get better the stronger the energy. Your tolerance will also increase, after awhile the energy might seem calm until you can reach the next level similar to octaves in music.
