6th chakra intense spinning sensation

when doing the ez chakra spinning with i spin the 6th i get this really intense spinning sensation like the room is spinning, kind of like when you spin around a bunch and your dizzy, just without the dizzy part. i can understand why as this is the "seat of the soul" but was wondering if anyone else had experienced anything similiar?

When I chakra spin I feel the spinning sensation, but it is happening outside of me that I feel it.  Its a difference in energy levels you are working with and not use to, so you easily feel the spinning as if it was inside.  You will adjust a bit and it won't be as intense, but by then you will want to up your meditation intensity.
