Not necessarily, it's just that children don't have to be the a major issue in your life. Childless people have Saturn in the 5th - Saturn deprives, limits, slows down.

I'd reverse the question - if people have Saturn AND the Sun (with Venus) in the 5th, what does THAT mean?
