*shrugs* I've been doing it for a 12ish days and have been getting nothing but positive results!...and maybe slight headaches...but I wouldn't worry about them kid...or sir...
You should know if you were successful, you would feel pressure in the middle of your forehead (where your 3rd eye is).It feels almost like a tiny headache. But yes, you can always do it again for 4 more days and then continue with opening your other Chakras.

Yes, you'll just further empower your third eye and there are no restrictions as for that. The more you empower it, which there are several ways to do, the better.
