2 Questions

Do you direct your Kundalini from tailbone and up the spine OR direct it from the perinium and up through the main chakras??

Do you direct your Kundalini out of your 3rd eye OR your Crown chakra??

These two questions are very important to me. I read the JoS website lots of times but I am uncertain.

<td val[/IMG]When yo do the twin serpent you direct it through your third eye and out.When you are just directing it it goes up through your spine.That is why it is important to do Yoga to stretch your spine.And its also important to feel your shashumna widening and hot.
