This is a great list - thanks for sharing. I have one warning, though...be very careful about getting canned foods, as cans and bottle tops are often lined in BPA, and many water bottles are made from it.

I found out about this a year or so ago, and would like to share in case anyone doesn't know about it. It's a type of plastic that can be found in toothpaste, body wash and other items, and replaces any natural items used to scrub skin/gums. It is bad for both the environment and the body...

Don't forget to watch out for polyethelene; a lot of "scrubbing" soaps use this plastic instead of organic materials.

I had troubles with the falling part, too. What I did was focus on the descending feeling I got with the ladder-climbing visualization, and just kept feeling the descent without any visualization. That really helped me.
