As much as i understand your pain, JoS is against illegal behavior like that, if im correct. People like who you who have advocated such things usually get reprimanded. Im not sure the higher-ups would approve of this kind of behavior.

but i think you should do a banishing ritual to be safe. If there turns out to be nothing but you do it anyway, no harm will come to you. i say do it and be on the safe side.

may i ask about how long per day you spend on meditation? There *is* such thing as excessive meditation - there is no set in stone amount that is "too much" but it does depend on your experience and physical constitution at at the time. Meditation is like working out - if you go apeshit on...
