I have inflammations from my hands up to my shoulder and neck. How can I heal this? Do I just have to use GEBO with affirmations? Idk if this has any relation but I still have a front extension chakra blockade and feel this in my front heart extension, it became better but it's still there.

I didn't talk about heat. Its a health problem.
