I used to read content there and would really like to access it again.

I’m pretty sure HP was only referring to the political sites. The religious sites like exposing christianity are still part of TOZ and are being updated or perhaps a new site will take its place, like islamicevil replaced white death of islam.

I checked the religious websites too, I checked using the Wayback Machine, and I no longer see the signature of ToZ

I guess it's being scrapped otherwise it would be up and running.
This is just my personal opinion.
