Mediation and psychic attack

When I do power mediations my body gets all intense and stressed. I see beings attacking me and I feel very strained. It’s not a nice feeling however I do see light and blue energy sometimes. Do you think it’s more of a psychological problem or spiritual problem? And also how to keep relaxed during power mediations? Any advice regarding power meditations would be appreciated! Thanks everyone! :)

Void meditation. For keeping your mind in control during power meditations.

Hatha Yoga releases blockages and stuck energy, and looses for energy to flow freely.

This is initiate stages of begining what you mentioned.

This is your mind mainly does things because it is not yet trained to be subservient to you so it does a riot.

In overall you have to go through. And it takes longer time until you will start managing your mind and energies and peace will ensure.

Take in the mind how much years you was not meditating and you just started, so it is natural that everything is out of control because you was not training yourself until now.

So now bigger efforts are needed and little bit of patience and daily practice until you will establish.

Go through all that with arsenal you have, and don't stop, face your mind and your fears, when you will do it repetitively it will settle and will dissipate because you will build immunity, and whatever tries to hinder you ignore and do what you are doing through. As it will not get your attention it will stop in time. Also keep your AoP up. It is made this way for you to be scared of advancing and to stop. But later advancing will become very beautiful, pleasurable, powerful and grounding. This is when you will be past this stage. Do meditations daily, never skip and just walk no matter what.

Do breathing exercises. Also do Aura of Protection, and do banishment ritual (visualize your room in blue fire becoming more and more intense or few minutes).
 
When I first started meditating, I had a vision of these horrible beings with long heads and almond-shaped eyes. They try to prevent you from meditating regularly, so strengthen your discipline even more and don't stop!
