Zevism isolation

If someone is accused wrongly of not being on Satan's side and they get ignored or laughter at in the groups, how can that person not feel so isolated from the other Zevism?
I've been thinking of this since HP Zevios Metathronos post about isolation. I just hate feeling like I don't matter.
