vibrating mantra / beginning 40 day meditation program

I have been trying to vibrate Surya with the hissing sound but i just cant do it , same thing with rolling Rs i just cant do it for some reason.
Is there still benefits even if i vibrate S without the hissing part?

I did the dedication 1 year ago but didnt follow the path , i have issues with depression / suicidal thoughts or longing for.
But i want to change this and i think doing the 40 day meditation beginner program will help.

I also wonder if open eyed void meditation would be stronger if i stared at a rune or sigil for example.

Anyone else have any suggestions on how i can move forward in life?
 
Thanks for all the info , so you guys reckon i should practice the hissing and not just vibrate S?
maybe i could use both, and practice the hissing in one session and vibrating just surya the other session.
 
Lady Pythia said it's more powerful to hiss S, and She is correct, but regular S is still very powerful.

As for R's, you can find videos on youtube that show how to do this. A member years ago told me that when I was new and unable to roll R's, and it helped 100%.
il try my best , i have very crooked teeth and overbite due to mouth breathing (sleep apnea) so i think it might affect it
