I was wondering if anyone could recommend some tried-and-true Tai Chi videos? I've tried looking but there are sooo many and if a fellow Zevism could recommend something that would be great

I don't have a video but I have a book with a long description of each pose in it. I don't have it near me currently but I could give you the title. I think its translated for my language anyway. It does contain pictures of the poses though.
