I've wanted to start doing exercises several times to start on the path of progress, but I run into the problem with empty meditation that by the 3rd or 4th day of my life my mind feels uncomfortable and in everyday life I start to feel as if the people around me collectively sense that something is wrong with me and are less than friendly. However, when I stop meditating, this all disappears every time I start again.

So what can be done about it? Because I would like to go further in my meditations.
