Question #1309: Feeling lethargic/sluggish very quickly. Saturn Return effect?

I've been feeling very sluggish and mentally tired without changing much from previous years. My diet is mostly the same, I've just allowed myself to indulge in sweets a bit more which doesn't seem like that'd cause such a major change.

My first thoughts are this being a result of Saturn Return that's finally hitting me, but then I ask what am I to do to counter this? Any advice appreciated.

Exercise regularly, and do yoga every day. Those activities will increase your vitality and well-being both in the short-term and in the long-term given that you are consistent and exert yourself (get at least slightly out of breath every week).
