Mercury Retrograde same all over the world?

So I feel like the mercury retrograde hit me last month. And this month, since the start of the retrograde everything has actually been going great... Last month there were so many communication issues I actually got kicked out of a friend circle, and just today I got back with them and made peace LOL

So im wondering if the planets affect different areas of the globe at different times maybe? I live in Mongolia btw (sandwiched between Russia and China)

Mercury retrograde is more positive if it is retrograde also in your natal chart.
Mercury is retrograde for the whole world when it changes motion, time zones change based on location
