Few weeks ago someone (i think it was HP ZM) wrote topic where it says some people are not thinking. I found myself that im not thinking. Does anyone know what was the name of the topic or if someone could give me link to that post? Or does anyone know what to do to start thinking?

What do you mean by not thinking? Like, you are unable to think when exposed to a subject? Or you don't think every seconds, every minute? Not thinking all the time is a great asset in magick as you might be good in Void meditation. I lack in Void meditation as I think all the time.

Focus on the parts between thoughts. Boom, there is the silence. Everyone can void meditate, but most focus on the thoughts instead of the silence.
