I was told by one that I reach out to the Gods and then by another that they'll reach out to you...so what exactly is needed to contact them? I meditate and call to them with satanic prayer what could be missing

You need to exercise serious patience as it really takes time to be fully open to the Astral plane. Stop worrying and continue mediating without skipping a day, your soul will definitely open up one day.
