That's what it says; according to what I read, the 22 is the highest Satanic holy night, but the 23 is also his day as well. Hail Satan!

I'm fairly certain the celebration is on account of the 22nd being the
longest night of the year...the most important day is a mix between the
22nd and the 23rd and is basically the night of december 22nd
going 'INTO' the 23rd day.

That's what I understand from reading it anyway...I could of course be
wrong, but I don't think I am, hope this helps.
