Hi there! I have a deviated nasal septum. It doesn't cause any serious problems to me but my nose is not breathing fully and I have some problems with alternate nostril breathing because my nostrils don't breath equally. How much does it negatively affect practicing meditation? Would you recommend me doing nose surgery ? Thanks in advance
