Crown Chakra effects

As the title begins, I've completed in opening of my crown chakra as I'm feeling a lot of bliss and lightness in my crown chakra as it states on the JoS and I was laughing in happiness.

Question, how long does this last? Because I feel too light to do anything else... I still need to do important things like the Ritual and yoga.

My Guardian advised me to just do the yoga and the feeling will eventually pass.

I am feeling much more better thanks to that advice!
