assistance!

i may have been a bit deluded from a guy and actualy he may have make me (and other guys) vulnerable to the greys but i dont realy care about what he did.so i need assistance..any kind of help of how to cut the enemy links and make never come back cas i cut some of them and they come back after bit.the greys are attacking my astral body and so i need help about the links and so do the dedication.so this is my profile on fb. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id ... 04&sk=info
