When Venus moves into Scorpio, it will also conjunct my ascendant and then be in my 1st house. This has been a very positive influence on me so far. Is it possible for me to do a Venus square when conjunction happens and increase my attractiveness with that?

Squares have nothing to do with >your< chart, what I'm saying is that a sign doesn't need to be in some of your houses or in conjunction or anything like that to do a square, but yes, you can use a venus square to increase your attractiveness. Check the map provided here to see if there are any good days for that.

Of course, we also have to think about the bigger picture. A square can indeed be helpful in one of your houses or in some future transit situation, but you don't need to be passing by one for it to be effective.
