PLEASE, go and investigate it with modern means to learn what is it and then go to TCM if needed. In TCM they always ask for modern investigation to know exact diagnosis. This might be something else in the bowel not only appendicitis. There are a lot of things to happen there. If you are a Sister, this might be an ovary, for example. You have to do ultrasound and whatever other organ internal viewing needed.
