Okay thank you.. and when should I start searching for my guardian demon?

I'm confused. I have no clue where to start after I dedicate myself. I know the site says a basic meditation program, but should I begin with the spiritual warfare program? Or should I begin somewhere else? I feel very strongly about doing this I just feel very lost on where to start..
