Thankyou, I'll have to do that for my dog as well, they made our garden wall collapse on him two hours ago, scared us half to death. He's okay, but it was a close call and we couldn't get to him fast enough. I'll post up a link as soon as I've finished the first chapter :) HAIL SATAN!

Thanks, I was getting a little worried as it's getting a little worse each time. You could do what I'm doing, I'm on day 13 so I'm doing a bit of both, the visualisation and trance training. There's nothing stopping you doing both, so long as you follow the program! Hope this helps! Hail Satan!

In Drama I'm studying the Witch Trials in Britain and how they affected people of the era, and in my first few lessons, I started to have almost like visions in my head of a crowd of people screaming at me and calling me a witch. At first I thought it was my imagination reacting to our lesson...
