    Yeah, I've been meditating on the previous chakras to prevent them from re-closing. It didn't occur to me that I was putting too much energy into it. Alright, I'll go back to doing how it's listed on the meditations page until I've got all my chakras open and can handle more vibrations. Thanks :)
