I noticed I sometimes miscount 108 breaths, when mixing Sat Nam and counting while doing the exercise. How critical is this? I obviously feel very good energy in spinal cord with what I do now. Hail Satan!

Ok lets get precise, lets say squatting 315 lbs for 20 reps, will the ritual help boost 100 lbs more on the exercise and increase quad sweeps/mass, definition, overall striations, etc.? This is considering diet and all else is at 100%. Same thinking applies to other exercises! Hail Satan!

Ok so its definitely should never be counted as midnight to midnight for a day for these purposes? Also everyday for magical squares, the vibration simply has to be in between sunrise to sunrise of the next day(if busy), as long as it is during this range?
