Is it ok to open my 6th chakra before my 3rd eye is fully open or should I wait?

So on Jos it says "you should pick a Demon that's compatible with you," so do you just go through the list of God's and pick one then ask for a relationship in the ritual or how does that work? Also how would you know if that Demon is straight, single, monogamous or not, etc.
