I would say work on your 3 Ps- patience, persistence, practice. As for attempted summoning to help clear any doubt, I'm not sure, but it's possible you wouldn't be able to sense them if you're not open enough yet.

It's a form of an attack. Try and keep your aura cleansed and do a protection twice a day if you can, before bed and when waking up. I have dreams like that occasionally, especially when I was first starting meditating and didn't know anything about protection, auras, etc.

If you want to try and figure out if it's your subconscious telling you something, or possibly a message, write down your dreams as soon as you wake up, while you can remember them, or as much as you can. Go back later and see if there are common themes, characters, etc.

I Was in the same boat for a while, I just started feeling a little bit a few days ago, and took about a month. Just stick with what's on the site and have a little more patience.
