that's what i figured. there are just days where it becomes difficult to make time for it, but i figure if i spend about 15-20 minutes on such days that could suffice a full meditation (for me its usually about 30-40 minutes a day). yes?

If I miss a couple of days of power meditation (mind you I've been doing this for a about 3 months), how much progress have I lost just from those couple of days? I am aware that it can set me back on specific meditations, but on empowering my soul as a whole, how can it affect me?
