Turns out this has been ongoing and has happened since about 50 more times.  Sometimes 5 or 6 times a night.  I started getting shaken and vibrating like feelings even more, sometimes even when I am awake and standing besides sitting and/or laying down.  I now think it's a type of brain damage...
