Sitrep for Thursday. No activity on the neighbors. As for meditations, the feeling of energy is there, a slight pressure when doing upper chakras. Still don't see or hear anything, like auras, chakras, etc. Adding additional Rituals for the attack on Ukraine to my 8pm schedule.
