Surgical masks are NOT effective in preventing corona virus. At all. People have been buying them thinking that it will protect them and it wont and as a result doctors don't have enough of them. It only somewhat prevents you from spreading it to other people, not from other people spreading it...

Was the same way but got over it after the first few days. It will probably pass. As far as playing music over it, I'm not really sure. I never tried it and just got more comfortable as time went on. Good luck :)

depends, but generally just try to motivate yourself. Example, if you wanted to get a 90%+ on an exam or something you can say "if I get a 90%+ on my exam I will treat myself with ____" Generally though, try to avoid burnout. Good luck.
