Vitamin B12 and acne?
Maybe it can help a bit for mild forms of acne, but for severe cystic acne I don't think that it's the perfect solution. I have severe acne since I was 12 and the only thing that worked for me is Accutane (a prescription medicine) though I am happy for you that you can handle your pimples with...- Veronique89
