    is there an alternative for mantras of astral senses ?

    Hello there, i want to open my astral senses but i live in house where i don't have a private place to vibrate the mantras that are in jos meditations, can i just try to 'vibrate' them in my mind, will it work, or there is a better way for this situation ?? much thanks for your help
