Which sets of chakras does the kunalini ascend through ? I thought it was the through the middle chakras but I have read that it goes through the ones on the spine. My question is how does it ascend  to the crown chakra if it goes up the spine chakras and not the middle.

If i vibrate a black magick mantra 54 times should i clean my aura with a sun mantra 54 times or can i do less because I also use visualization to clean my aura and chakras.
