Thank you for your advice. To be honest I was not trying to force to rise it, but know that I should be careful. Also, the heat is mostly felt in my whole spine but I will try a cold shower if I experience it again.

It has been a few weeks since the awakening of the serpent happened. I experienced various changes positively, but I am also having some problems. I have extreme heat as if I have a fever and sick but I am actually not. Also, I still have some aches around my back. I am okay with the hurt but...

If a person awakens their kundalini, what changes should he/she do in the meditation program? Of course this may be different individually, but I am trying to ask the "must be done" meditations/works after the awakening, so that I may see if I lack something in my schedule.
