that's what I do, I also imagine that high pitched jet noise which makes it spin extremely fast! I also like to spin them all at the same time towards the end like in this picture.

You sound like you have parasites, I used to love candies and not be able to control myself, but after de-parasitizing I do not crave sugar anymore.
