Like Kira said... keep doing your daily meditations, you'll discover and reflect over a lot of things about yourself. There'll be a bit a struggling maybe (like all of us here most likely went/is going through), but it's all worth it. In time, you'll be free from all these troubles 'normal'...

Am I the only one that considers bin-aural beats as a kind of drug?I prefer normal/natural meditation even though I'm not good at it yet. If you get 'used' to these kind of beats to get into a deep state of mind I dunno how beneficial it could be in the long way.
