I started doing the yogic exercises.  It's my first time doing them.  It says to do them for a repetition of five.  Do i do them once a day or multiple times a day.  Also can I go on to do the other exercises after that like the breath of fire and stuff? How long do I keep working on this for? ...

Satanists are really very scarce.  You don't meet them on the street and if you were to someday meet one they would probably not be Spiritual Satanist and they would differ in views from you.  So what do you think? Would you wait for someone who is a Satanist to come along? Thank you.
