Hello, I'm new and I don't understand the stuff about the aura or charkras.....And how long does it take for me to have a particular aura? Or do I already have one?Also, is it possible for me to perform any one of those.....'meditations' without any basics?It's very confusing......please help...

I'm totally new and I can't really understand the stuff about meditations.....Also, is it possible to be able to perform meditations without any basics? (you know, like breathing or gathering energy, something like that)And what is chakras? I've read it about three times and I still don't get...
