Nama in Sanskrit means NAme and Swaha in Sanskrit means Benefecial . The two Mantras are Sat-Nama and Sat-Swaha ...  So, Either you use SAt with Nama or Sat with Swaha... But Sat has to be there... That what it means. ;)  Love
