well things are finally looking up for me health is improving slowly and just got engaged to the man that first showed me Spiritual Satanism

ok i know i havent posted for awhile i was involved in a serious accident as well as physically messing up my body which im slowly healing from i have issues with memory in that i cant remember meditations etc So my question is do i basically start from scratch and beginner meditations or what

just had a tooth break on me that  the remains had to be surgically cut out as the root was imbedded in the jaw bone. Im a great deal of pain as bone had to be broken to get the tooth out. Dont want to take pain meds if can help it any meditations to help will be appreciated
