    Thanks it makes sense.  It is my sister,  she is the only one I have told because we are very close but she tends to want to be the strong one so I guess it also stems from that.

    Chakra positions and shapes really confusing me

    Thank you, I don't know how I missed reading the chakra alignment page.  I have virtually copied and pasted everything that I'm using and going to use in a word doc so I have it with me to read anytime, sorry for that.  I am trying to figure out as much as I can on my own, the day I posted here...
