i was just curious if someone could outline exactly if the reptillians exist, and have a large presences on earth. im just curious because theres alot of talk of them in sites that talk about ancient summeria, nibiru ect.

i was wondering i am better able to meditate and focus when i lay down is it less effective doing meditating laying down?
